About the role
What you'll do
- Share listings in Pet NGON format (photos, age, vaccination status, adoption conditions).
- Handle first replies, pass qualified leads to the team, and schedule meets when needed.
- Join adopters for meet-and-greets (or coordinate remotely) and capture feedback.
- Report closed cases promptly so commissions are processed correctly.
Requirements
- Genuine care for dogs/cats; honest, respectful communication with adopters and our team.
- Smartphone access for timely Zalo/chat updates; able to join visits when schedules align.
- Follow Pet NGON rules on transparent pricing, pet welfare, and adopter rights.
- Experience in adoption networks or pet communities is a plus; we brief newcomers.
