About the role
Join Pet NGON's grooming team at our Westgate spa and on mobile home visits — full bathing, hygiene, and styling for dogs and cats with calm, professional care.
What you'll do
- At the Store: Perform full-service packages including bathing, drying, routine hygiene care (nail clipping & grinding, ear/teeth cleaning, etc.), and artistic grooming/styling for dogs and cats at Pet NGON's modern spa space (Westgate Aquarium/Condo).
- At the Customer's Home: Travel to clients' residences according to scheduled appointments to provide on-demand, mobile bathing and basic hygiene services, bringing a convenient and professional spa experience right to their doorstep.
- Maintain and sanitize grooming tools, ensuring the workspace is always kept clean, tidy, and hygienic.
Requirements
- Solid experience in bathing, drying, basic hygiene, and styling/grooming for both dogs and cats (proficiency in trending cuts like round-head teddy bear or heart-shaped butt is a major plus).
- Must own a personal motorcycle/scooter to proactively commute for in-home mobile spa appointments.
- Patient, skillful, and deeply affectionate toward pets (including those that are timid, anxious, or a bit stubborn).
- Polite, enthusiastic, and friendly communication style with clients.
