About the role
What you'll do
- Deliver bath, dry, brush-out, nails, and ear/eye hygiene per package.
- Execute trims and clipper work safely with correct restraint and tools.
- Brief owners on at-home care and suggested revisit timing.
- Keep your station sanitary and report supplies that need restocking.
Requirements
- Hands-on dog/cat grooming experience or equivalent certification; juniors with a strong before/after portfolio are welcome.
- Solid grasp of common breeds, skin/coat basics, and patient handling for stressed pets.
- Fluent Vietnamese; accurate notes for bookings and client requests.
- Good stamina for standing, bathing, and drying for full shifts.
